| Description and Condition: | |||
| White marble headstone mounted on a gray granite
base (55 x 26 x 11.5 cm high) that is set into a cement foundation. Headstone (50cm W x 6cm thick x 103.5 cm high) has a large horizontal break about 1/2 way up stone that has been repaired. There is a vertical break on S side of stone that has been repaired and another break and piece missing on N side of stone. Repair work fairly sloppy, inscription has been filled in and epoxy has rundown. Top of E face of stone has urn with eternal flame with veil above urn (in relief). Inscription is fairly deep, some wear but still readable. Bottom right corner has 'G Kirsop' the stonemasons. Stone has some green fungi growth but appears fairly level and straight. | |||
